They are characterized by calmness and comfort and will offer you the perfect conditions to spend a wonderful hiking, biking and ski holiday by the Alpe di Siusi, in the heart of the fascinating mountain landscapes of the Dolomites.

The family-run residence contains exclusive, rustic luxurious styled apartments equipped with every comfort, so that you will experience an unforgettable holiday in the Dolomites.

The high-quality local wood types used to build up the apartments are to be seen through the whole residence and create a stylish and pleasant living atmosphere.

Enjoy an unforgettable experience at the feet of the worldwide famous Alpe di Siusi and live enchanting active holidays in summer: various idyllic paths and a great number of mountain bike routes will let you discover the unique world of the Dolomites.

In winter, you will enjoy the ski slopes on the Alpe di Siusi for people of any age: on the Alpe di Siusi, UNESCO natural heritage, snow is in fact guaranteed and the mountains build a perfect surrounding to a real skiing paradise for downhill and cross-country skiers, as well as for winter hikers.

Our guests of the apartments have the possibility to relax in the wellness area and the indoor swimming pool in the Hotel Alpenroyal (in front of the apartment building).

The bright, cozy eat-in kitchen with double sofa bed offers enough space for bigger families or couples of friends and is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The two bedrooms with double bed, satellite TV, large closet and a safe, the two spacious bathrooms with window and walk-in rain shower, toilet, bidet, sink with vanity and hair dryer, make sure you have everything you need during your vacation. From the small balcony of this apartment you have a view of the village center and in the large terrace on the south side, you will enjoy comfortable moments together with your loved ones. The prices are to be understood per apartment and day by a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The apartments are basically bookable on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Other dates are upon request.
Please notice, that a tourist tax of €2.10 per person and day is to be added to the above-mentioned price. Children under 14 years old do not need to pay this tax.

Discounts for children

For children or further adults sleeping on the sofa bed the following prices are charged:

children from 0 to 2 years = €25.00 per day
children from 2 to 7 years = €30.00 per day
children from 7 to 15 years = €35.00 per day
additional persons from 15 years old = €40.00 per day

Alpenroyal Wellness & Alpenroyal breakfast and dinner★

One distinctive feature is the complimentary access to the indoor pool, outdoor infinity pool, new Finnish sauna, yoga and fitness room in the new building, sauna area with daily changing herbal infusions, experience shower, vitality bar, infrared sauna, steam bath, and alpine relaxation room.

Regarding the meals, you will have different possibilities, we can bring you bread in the morning, or you can come to our Hotel and enjoy our rich breakfast buffet with a healthy corner. You can decide daily if you wish to have breakfast in our Hotel at a special price or if you would like to have dinner with us, tasting our four-course-dinner with a large salad buffet.

★the possibility of using the wellness area of the Hotel, as well as having breakfast and dinner at the Hotel is bound to its opening times. This means that when the Hotel is closed, these options are not available.
